5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

VAT is not separately displayed or charged.
Import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges outside Germany are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers available via Shopify.

6. Order Processing

Because our products are made to order:

Production usually begins shortly after payment.
Orders generally cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping

We ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for:

Lost packages caused by incorrect addresses
Failed deliveries due to customer absence

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of print-on-demand products:

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
Customers must review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
