By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following policy.

Returns

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size selection
  • buyer’s remorse
  • change of mind
  • accidental orders

Please make sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • a replacement product, or
  • a full refund

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us first before filing any claim.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs
  • shipping carriers
  • weather
  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, since production may begin shortly after the order is placed.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
